Emart24 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and terms governing use of the emart24 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the emart24 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and emart24 as the platform operator. Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The emart24 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to use online betting services in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted one active account on emart24. Creating duplicate accounts or registering an account under another person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. emart24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the account verification (KYC) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. emart24 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are also responsible for:
- Keep personal information in the account up to date.
- Not share login credentials with any party.
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online betting.
- Not use the platform for any purpose that contravenes Malaysian law.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on emart24 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly accept foreign currency transactions, and any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. emart24 reserves the right to add or remove any payment method without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set in accordance with the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Users are encouraged to check the latest limits in their account or through the FAQ section.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. emart24 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal requests that appear suspicious or that violate any terms in this document.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover requirements specified separately. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the stated conditions.
Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Emart24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, system outages, or technical errors. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties.
Emart24's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Emart24 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without notice in the event of a terms violation, fraud, promotion abuse, or any activity suspected to be unlawful. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded, unless it is linked to illegal activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the emart24 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code, is the exclusive property of emart24 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission from emart24.
Third-Party Links
The emart24 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. emart24 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Emart24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, emart24 will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or through in-platform notifications at least seven days before the changes take effect, though this is not an absolute obligation.
This terms and conditions document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be deemed void, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
